It’s terrible, really. Most of my kids’ Christmas gifts are coming from sellers I know on Etsy. Also, I support eBeanstalk, which performs their own lead testing, too. We don’t give them a lot for Christmas anyway, but we’ve definitely gotten a lot more picky.

We’re also doing etsy, and we’re doing some Euro toys, which we started a few years ago, simply because they aren’t all bells and whistles.
We also do a ton of books and alot of sewing and craft stuff for my oldest. (But you even have to be careful there!)

So how can we bloggers change this? Should we all post and see if we can get people to STOP buying anything from China?
Is that something we can expect people to be able to realistically do?

This is really a terrifying issue.

Freakin’ infuriates me. We’re gonna try and do some Etsy stuff, I make things as well. But there are still things the kids want. I think maybe stock up on those home testing kits? Do they even work?
