I’ve shopped at Walgreens many times and never ever noticed the message on a receipt. Most times I never even look at anything other than the total; only to make sure I wasn’t over-charged.
What dicks.
Until Walgreens steps up to the plate and really treats their employees the way they deserve to be treated (with dignity, respect, humanity, and decent monetary compensation) they had better start accepting their declining customer service scores. You can beat your dog, but one day it is going to turn around and bite you.
And, that’s all I have to say about that.
